आमला{Premi ne ki premika ki hatya} -पुलिस ने अंधे कत्ल का खुलासा किया जिसमें प्रेमी ने ही प्रेमिका की हत्या कर दी थी । आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी के बाद पूरे मामले का खुलासा हुआ ।
सरस्वती बाई पति फागुसिंह उइके नि. ग्राम लिखड़ी थाना बोरदेही ने रिपोर्ट लिखवाई कि उसकी लड़की आवंतिका उइके उम्र 22 साल दिनाँक 20 जून को घर से जुन्नारदेव कालेज जाने का बोलकर स्कूटी लेकर निकली थी । किन्तु वह जुन्नारदेव नही पहुँची तथा फोन भी नही उठाई तो थाना बोरदेही मे गुमशुदगी रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई थी तथा आज सूचना मिली कि बोरी सारणी रोड़ पर फारेस्ट नाका के आगे लड़की आवंतिका फांसी पर लटकी हुई है जो मर चुकी है पास मे ही स्कूटी भी खड़ी है।
उक्त रिपोर्ट पर पुलिस थाना आमला मे मर्ग क्रमाँक 37/22 धारा 174 दप्रसं. के तहत कायम कर जाँच मे लिया गया।
घटना की सूचना वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को मिलने पर पुलिस अधीक्षक बैतूल सिमाला प्रसाद,एसडीओपी मुलताई नम्रता सोधिया, वरिष्ठ वैज्ञानिक अधिकारी सीन आफ क्राइम होशंगाबाद ऋषिकेश यादव, फिंगर प्रिंट प्रभारी बैतूल आबिद अंसारी तथा बीएमओ आमला अशोक नरवरे घटना स्थल पर उपस्थित होकर घटना स्थल का निरीक्षण कर आवश्यक साक्ष्य एकत्र किये गये।
प्रथम दृष्टया मामला संदेहास्पद प्रतीत होने से पुलिस अधीक्षक सिमाला प्रसाद द्वारा प्रकरण की बारिकी से जाँच कर खुलासा करने के निर्देश दिये गये। जाँच के दौरान परिस्थितिजन्य साक्ष्य व तकनीकि साक्ष्य एकत्र कर विश्लेषण किया गया तथा मृतिका के परिजनों से पूछताछ की गई। सीएचसी आमला से मृतिका की पीएम रिपोर्ट प्राप्त करने पर पीएमकर्ता डाक्टर द्वारा मृतिका की मृत्यु मानववध की प्रकृति का होना बताया गया।
उपलब्ध साक्ष्य के आधार पर संदेही भानू साहू पिता धनाराम साहू निवासी ग्राम लिखड़ी को तलबकर पूछताछ की गई। जो भानु साहू कभी कुछ कभी कुछ बताकर गुमराह करता रहा। भानु साहू के बयान एवं प्रकरण मे आये परिस्थितिजन्य साक्ष्य मे विरोधाभास होने के कारण हिकमत अमली से पूछताछ की गई तो वह टूट गया और बताया कि उसके मृतिका से करीब 3–4 वर्ष से प्रेम संबंध थे।
शुरूआत मे सब ठीक ठाक चलता रहा किन्तु अभी करीब 3 माह से मृतिका भागकर शादी करने के लिये दबाव बना रही थी जबकि वह दूसरे समाज की होने के कारण शादी नही करना चाहता था। इसी बात को लेकर आये दिन झगड़ा भी होता था। मृतिका द्वारा शादी करने के लिये दबाव बनाने के कारण भानु साहू परेशान हो चुका था तथा मृतिका मान नही रही थी इसलिये भानु साहू ने उसे मारने का प्लान बना लिया।
19 जून को जब वह अपनी बहन को छोड़ने के लिये पाठाखेड़ा सारणी गया तो वहां से फोन करके मृतिका को दूसरे दिन सुबह मिलने के लिये बोरी के पास सारणी रोड़ पर जंगल मे आने के लिये कहा। जब दूसरे दिन 20/06/2022 को सुबह मृतिका भानु साहू से मिलने के लिये बोरी सारणी रोड़ पर कारूमेटा के जंगल मे पहुँची तो भानु साहू भी पाठाखेड़ा से वहाँ आ गया और बातचीत करने के बहाने से झाड़ियों के अंदर नाला के किनारे ले गया और मौका देखकर पहले हाथों से उसका मुंह दबा दिया फिर गला दबाकर हत्या कर दिया। किसी को शंका न हो इसलिये स्वयं के गमछे से वही जामून के पेड़ में फंदा बनाकर मृतिका का शव फांसी पर लटका दिया।
इसके बाद मृतिका का जैकेट और एक बैग को पास में ही गड्डे मे भरे पानी के अंदर पत्थर से दबा दिया और वहाँ से भागकर अपने घर चला गया। घर मे उसे ध्यान आया कि मृतिका का मोबाइल उसकी जेब मे रह गया है जिसमें व्हाट्सएप चैट मौजूद है, तो दूसरे दिन 21/06/2022 को पुनः बोरी सारणी रोड़ पर जंगल मे जाकर मृतिका की जेब से निकालकर लाया और बोरी पहुँचने से पहले घीसी गाँव के पास कच्चे रास्ते से जाकर मोबाइल को पत्थर से कुचलकर नाला में झाड़ियों के अंदर फेंककर वापस अपने घर चला गया।
आरोपी भानु साहू के खिलाफ पर्याप्त साक्य्य होने से दिनाँक 03/07/2022 को गिरफ्तार कर घटना मे प्रयुक्त मोटरसाइकिल, मृतिका के मोबाइल के टुकड़े बरामद कर लिया गया है। आरोपी को दिनाँक 04/07/2022 को विशेष न्यायालय बैतूल मे पेश किया जावेगा।
