Ladli Behna Yojana Update – इन दिनों प्रदेश में मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान की महत्वाकांक्षी योजना जो की प्रदेश की महिलाओं को हर महीने आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान करेगी जिसका नाम लाड़ली बहन योजना है जिसके अंतर्गत प्रदेश की महिलाओं को हर महीने 1000 रूपये दिए जाने हैं।

इस योजना को ऐसे तो मार्च में लॉन्च किया जाना है, लॉन्चिंग के तुरंत बाद ही इस योजना के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन शुरू कर दिए जाएंगे। अब तक प्रदेश में इस योजना के लिए सारी तैयारियां पूरी कर ली गई हैं। क्या क्या दस्तावेज रजिस्ट्रेशन में लगने वाले  बारे में भी जानकारी दे दी गई है।

लेकिन अब जहाँ एक ओर योजना लॉन्च होने वाली है साथ ही कुछ महिलाओं को इस योजना से बाहर रखा जा सकता है। इस तरह उन महिलाओं को झटका लग सकता है जो शादीशुदा नहीं है ऐसी महिलाओं को भी निराश होना पड़ सकता है जिनके परिवार में कोई चार पहिया गाड़ी और ट्रैक्टर है। 

लाडली बहना योजना इसका ड्राफ्ट तैयार करने के लिए महिला बाल विकास विभाग के अफसरों को अच्छी खासी मशक्कत करनी पड़ रही है  | मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने इस योजना के लाभ के लिए अगले 5 मार्च से गांव-गांव फॉर्म भरवाने का ऐलान कर दिया है इस तारीख से पहले विभाग के अफसरों को योजना का ड्राफ्ट तैयार कर इसे कैबिनेट से मंजूर कर आना है। 

महिलाओं को छांटना मुख्य चुनौती | Ladli Behna Yojana Update 

कैबिनेट की मंजूरी के लिए योजना का ड्राफ्ट तैयार करने में जुटे महिला बाल विकास भाई गांव अफसरों के सामने सबसे बड़ी चुनौती योजना के लिए पात्र महिलाओं के मापदंड का तय करना है क्योंकि मुख्यमंत्री ज्यादा से ज्यादा महिलाओं को अपनी इस महत्वाकांक्षी योजना के दायरे में लाना चाहते हैं

उन्होंने इस योजना को जाति और गरीबी रेखा मापदंड बंधन से मुक्त रखने के निर्देश दिए हैं इस लिहाज से देखा जाए तो प्रदेश में 18 साल से ज्यादा उम्र की महिलाएं की संख्या करीब 2.65 करोड़ है खजाने की हालत को देखते हुए सरकार ऐसा एक करो महिलाओं को इस योजना के दायरे में ला सकती है 

अफसरों के सामने है ये चुनौती | Ladli Behna Yojana Update 

अब सरकार के आला अफसरों के सामने एक चुनौती है कि 2.65 करोड़ में से एक करोड़ महिलाओं की चटनी कैसे की जाए ताकि लाडली महिला योजना के दायरे में हर जाति की महिलाएं कवर हो जाए लेकिन इसके लिए पूर्व में तय की गई सभी शर्तें जोड़ने के बाद भी महिलाओं का आंकड़ा डेढ़ करोड़ से कम नहीं हो रहा है

जबकि सरकार अपने खजाने की हालत को देखते हुए अभी अधिकतम एक करोड़ महिलाओं को ही योजना का लाभ दे सकती है अतः विवाह के अफसरों को 5000000 महिलाओं की संख्या कम करने के लिए योजना की नई नई शर्ते जोड़ने पड़ रही है

इन महिलाओं को रखा जा सकता है बाहर | Ladli Behna Yojana Update 

इनकम टैक्स भरने वाले परिवार की महिलाओं को इसके दायरे से बाहर रखने का सुझाव दिया गया था यानी 18 वर्ष से कम ज्यादा आयु कि कोई ऐसी महिलाएं जो नौकरी पेशा नहीं है लेकिन उनके पिता या पति आयकर दाता है तो उसे योजना का लाभ नहीं मिलेगा

ऐसी महिलाएं को भी योजना के दायरे से बाहर रखा गया है जो खुद या उनके पति किसी सरकारी विभाग में नियमित कर्मचारी हैं

चुने हुए जनपद में जैसे पार्षद विधायक और सांसद के परिवार की महिलाओं को भी योजना का लाभ नहीं मिलेगा इसके अलावा योजना के हितग्राहियों की संख्या सीमित करने के लिए ऐसी महिलाएं को भी योजना से बाहर रखने का विचार किया जा रहा है सरकार की किसी योजना के तहत सीधे कोई आर्थिक सहायता राशि का लाभ उठा रहे हैं

योजना के ड्राफ्ट के लिए 17 फरवरी को हुई बैठक में अविवाहित महिलाओं के साथ ऐसी महिलाओं को भी दायरे से बाहर रखने का सुझाव दिया गया है इनके परिवार में कोई चार पहिया वाहन है।  लाडली बहना योजना के बारे में अंतिम फैसला मुख्यमंत्री के स्तर पर ही लिया जाएगा

इस दिन से शुरू होगा रजिस्ट्रेशन | Ladli Behna Yojana Update 

बताया जा रहा है कि मुख्यमंत्री सरकार की इस महत्वाकांक्षी योजना को औपचारिक शुरुआत 5 मार्च से बड़े समारोह करेंगे प्रदेश किस दिन लाडली बहना योजना के फॉर्म भरने की शुरुआत की जाएगी सीएम ने लाडली बहना योजना की आवेदन का फॉर्म और प्रतिज्ञा बहुत ही आसान रखने के निर्देश दिए हैं

ताकि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में कम पढ़ी लिखी महिलाओं के इसके लिए भटकना न पड़े योजना के फॉर्म ऑनलाइन नहीं बल्कि हर शहर हर गांव में समारोह पूर्वक ऑफलाइन यानी मैनुअल तरीके से भरे जाएंगे यह काम अप्रैल के अंत तक पूरा किया जाएगा
