फलो की खेती: चीकू की खेती आपको कर देगी माला मॉल और देगी 5 लाख तक मुनाफा आज-कल किसान पारंपरिक फसलों के साथ-साथ बागवानी फलों की खेती करके अच्छा मुनाफा कमा रहे हैं। सरकार भी समय-समय पर किसानों को बागवानी फसलों की खेती करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने के उद्देश्य से विभिन्न प्रकार की कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का संचालन करती है। किसान भाई ऐसी ही बागवानी फसल चीकू की खेती (Sapota Farming) करके लाखों रुपए का मुनाफा कमा सकते है। एक अनुमान के मुताबिक यदि सही तकनीक और कृषि क्रियाओं का इस्तेमाल किया जाए तो एक एकड़ में चीकू की खेती करके किसान करीब 5 से 6 लाख रुपए की कमाई आसानी से कर सकते हैं।
चीकू की खेती मिल रहा है बड़े पैमाने पर उत्पादन
चीकू एक प्रकार की बागवानी फसल है, जिसकी खेती स्वादिष्ट फल के लिए की जाती है। चीकू फल की उत्पत्ति का स्थान मध्य अमेरिका और मेक्सिको को कहते है। लेकिन आज के समय में भारत में भी किसान चीकू की खेती बड़े पैमाने पर करके बढ़िया उत्पादन प्राप्त कर रहे हैं। चीकू का पौधा एक बार लगाएं जाने के बाद कई वर्षों तक फल देता है। चीकू का फल स्वाद में स्वादिष्ट होने के साथ-साथ कई पोषक तत्वों से भरपूर होता है।

चीकू फल खाने के फायदे
चीकू (Chiku) फल में प्रोटीन, कार्बोहाइड्रेट, फाइबर, कैल्शियम, विटामिन ए, टैनिन, ग्लूकोज़ जैसे कई पोषक तत्व अधिक मात्रा में पाए जाते है। इसीलिए इसका सेवन हमारे शरीर के लिए उपयोगी होता है। चीकू फल में एक खास तरह का मिठास वाला गुण होता है, इसका सेवन किसी भी बीमारी में फायदेमंद होता है व इसके फल का सेवन करने से तनाव, एनीमिया, बवासीर और पेट संबंधित बीमारियों में लाभ मिल मिलता है, तथा श्वसन तंत्र में जमे कफ और बलगम को बाहर निकालकर पुरानी खासी से भी राहत दिलाता है।
भारत में चीकू की खेती करने वाले प्रमुख राज्य
भारत में लगभग 65 हजार एकड़ में चीकू की बागवानी की जाती हैं। इसकी खेती करने वाले प्रमुख राज्यों में कर्नाटक, तामिलनाडु, केरल, मध्यप्रदेश, उत्तरप्रदेश, आंध्रा प्रदेश, महाराष्ट्र और गुजरात है।
चीकू की खेती करने के लिए उपयुक्त मिट्टी (Suitable Soil for Sapota Plantation)
चीकू फल की खेती किसी भी प्रकार की उपजाऊ मिट्टी कर सकते है, लेकिन उचित जल निकासी वाली बलुई दोमट मिट्टी को चीकू के फल की पैदावार के लिए सबसे अच्छा माना जाता है। इसके पौधों को हल्की लवणीय और क्षारीय भूमि में भी आसानी से उगा सकते है। चीकू की खेती करने के लिए खेत का पीएच मान 5.8 से 8 के बीच का होना चाहिए।
चीकू की खेती करने के लिए उपयुक्त जलवायु एवं तापमान
चीकू का पौधा उष्ण कटिबंधीय जलवायु वाला होता है। इसकी वृद्धि करने के लिए आद्र और शुष्क जलवायु की आवश्यकता होती है। समुद्र तल से 1000 मीटर या इससे अधिक की ऊंचाई पर भी इसके पौधों का विकास आसानी हो जाता है। गर्मी के मौसम में चीकू का पौधा अच्छे से विकास करता है। ठंडी जलवायु वाले क्षेत्र जहां अधिक समय तक ठंड रहती है, ऐसी जगह चीकू की खेती नहीं करना चाहिए। इसके पौधों को एक वर्ष में औसतन 150 से 200 सेंटीमीटर बारिश की जरूरत होती है।
चीकू के पौधों को शुरुआत में वृद्धि करने के लिए सामान्य तापमान की आवश्यकता होती है, तथा पूर्ण रूप से तैयार पौधे अधिकतम 40 और न्यूनतम 10 डिग्री तक का तापमान सहन कर लेते है। चीकू की खेती में 70 प्रतिशत आद्रता वाला मौसम सबसे उपयुक्त होता है।
चीकू की उन्नत किस्म
पीली पत्ती किस्म
यह चीकू की एक पछेती (देर से बुवाई करने वाली) किस्म है, इसमें फलो को पूर्ण रूप से पककर तैयार होने में देर लगती है। इसमें निकलने वाले फल आकार में छोटे, समतल और गोलाकार होते है। चीकू के फल का निचला हिस्सा हरा और छिलका पतला होता है, तथा फल का गुदा बहुत ही स्वादिष्ट और सुगंधित होता है।
पीकेएम 2 हाइब्रिड किस्म
यह चीकू की एक संकर (हाइब्रिड) किस्म है, जो अधिक उत्पादन प्राप्त करने के लिए उगाई जाती है। इस किस्म के पौधे की रोपाई के तक़रीबन 3 से 4 वर्ष बाद फल देने लगते है। चीकू के इस किस्म के फलों पर हल्के रोएं होते है और छिलका भी पतला होता है व फल स्वाद में मीठे और रसीले होते है।
काली पत्ती किस्म
चीकू की यह एक अधिक उपज देने वाली किस्म है। इसके पौधे को वर्ष 2011 में विकसित किया गया था। इस किस्म के एक पूरे पके हुए फल से 3 से 4 बीज मिल जाते है, तथा फल भी अधिक गुणवत्ता वाला होता है। इसके एक पूर्ण विकसित पेड़ से एक साल में 150 किलों ग्राम तक का उत्पादन मिल जाता है। इस किस्म की खेती महाराष्ट्र और गुजरात में अधिक की जाती है।
क्रिकेट बाल किस्म
चीकू की यह किस्म कोलकाता राउंड नाम से भी जानी जाती है। जिसे काली पत्ती किस्म के साथ विकसित किया गया है। इस किस्म में आने वाले फलो का रंग हल्का भूरा और फल गोल होते है। इस किस्म के फल स्वाद में मीठे और पतले छिलके वाले होते है । इसका पूर्ण रुप से विकसित पौधा 155 किलो ग्राम तक का उत्पादन आसानी से दे देता है।
बारहमासी किस्म
चीकू की इस किस्म की खेती अधिकतर उत्तर भारत के राज्यों में होती है। इस किस्म का पौधा पूरे साल फल दे सकता है, इसके फल मध्यम और गोल आकार के होते है। इसके पेड़ का एक साल में औसतन उत्पादन 130 से 180 किलो ग्राम तक का होता है।
इसके अलावा भी चीकू की कई किस्में की खेती भारत में की जाती है, इसमें कीर्ति भारती, डीएसएच – 2 झुमकिया, पी.के.एम.1, जोनावालासा 1, बैंगलोर, पाला, द्वारापुड़ी, ढोला दीवानी और वावी वलसा जैसी किस्में मुख्य है।
चीकू की खेती करते समय खेत की तैयारी
चीकू की खेती करने के लिए सबसे पहले खेत में मौजूद पुरानी फसल के अवशेषों को नष्ट करना होता है। इसके बाद खेत की मिट्टी पलटने वाले हल या कल्टीवेटर की मदद से 2 से बार गहरी जुताई की जाती हैं। उसके बाद खेत की मिट्टी को भुरभुरा बनाने के लिए खेत की 1 से 2 बार रोटावेटर से जुताई की जाती है। इसके बाद खेत में पाटा लगाकर खेत को समतल कर दे। ताकि बारिश के मौसम में खेत में जल भराव की समस्या उत्पन्न ना हो।
चीकू के पौधों को खेत में लगाने के लिए खेत में गड्ढे तैयार करने होते हैं। गड्ढे बनाने के लिए समतल भूमि में एक मीटर चौड़ा और दो फुट गहरा गड्ढा खेत में तैयार कर लिया जाता है। इन गड्ढों को पंक्ति में तैयार करते है, जिसमें एक पंक्ति से दूसरी पंक्ति के बीच 5 से 6 मीटर की दूरी रखी जाती है।
तैयार गड्ढों में जैविक और रासायनिक खाद की उचित मात्रा को मिट्टी में मिलाकर भर दिया जाता है। गड्ढों में खाद भरने के बाद गहरी सिंचाई कर दी जाती है, फिर उन्हें पुलाव करके ढक देते है। इन गड्ढों की तैयारी चीकू के पौधों की रोपाई से एक माह पहले अवश्य कर लेना चाहिए।
चीकू की खेती करने के लिए उर्वरक प्रबंधन
चीकू के खेत में सामान्य फसलों की तरह ही उर्वरक की जरूरत होती है। पौधे की रोपाई करते समय तैयार गड्ढों में मिट्टी के साथ 15 किलो सड़ी गोबर की खाद और 100 ग्राम एनपीके खाद की मात्रा को अच्छे से मिलाकर गड्ढों में भर देते है | खाद की इस मात्रा को पौधे की दो वर्षों की आयु पूरी करने तक देना होता है, तथा पौधे के विकास के साथ ही उर्वरक की मात्रा को बढ़ा देना चाहिए। जब पौधा 15 वर्ष का पूर्ण विकसित हो जाए तो 25 किलो जैविक खाद,3 किलो सुपर फास्फेट, 1 किलो यूरिया और 2 किलो पोटाश की मात्रा को वर्ष में दो बार देना आवश्यक होता है।
चीकू की खेती में पौधों की सिंचाई
चीकू के पौधों को अधिक पानी की जरूरत नहीं होती है। पूर्ण रूप से विकसित चीकू के पौधों को एक वर्ष में 7 से 8 बार सिंचाई करना पर्याप्त होता है। इसके पेड़ को पानी देने के लिए थाला बनाया जाता है। इस थाले को पौधे के तने के चारों ओर दो फीट की दूरी पर गोल घेरा बनाया जाता है। इस घेरा की चौड़ाई दो फीट तक की होनी चाहिए। सर्दी के सीजन में 10 से 15 दिन में इसके पेड़ों की सिंचाई की जाती है, तथा गर्मी के मौसम में 5 से 6 दिन में एक बार पानी देना चाहिए। यदि आपने बलुई दोमट मिट्टी में पौधों की रोपाई की है, तो इस मिट्टी में पौधे को अधिक पानी की जरूरत होती है। इसलिए गर्मियों में पौधों को सप्ताह में दो बार पानी देना उचित होता है। बारिश के मौसम में समय से वर्षा ना होने पर ही पौधों को पानी देना चाहिए।
चीकू के पौधों में खरपतवार नियंत्रण कैसे करें
चीकू के पौधों में खरपतवार नियंत्रण के लिए प्राकृतिक तरीके का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए। चीकू के पौधे की रोपाई के तकरीबन 20 से 25 दिन बाद खेत में हल्की निराई-गुड़ाई अवश्य कर दें। पूरे तरीके से विकसित पौधों को प्रति वर्ष केवल 3 से 4 गुड़ाई की जरूरत होती है।
चीकू के फलों की तुड़ाई कैसे करें
चीकू का पेड़ पूरे साल तक पैदावार दे देता है, लेकिन नवंबर, दिसंबर महीने में पौधों पर मुख्य फसल के रूप में पौधे में फूल निकलते है। जो मई महीने से ही फल देना शुरू कर देते है। फूल खिलने के तकरीबन 7 महीने बाद फल पककर तैयार होने लग जाते है। जब इसके फल हरे से पककर भूरे रंग के हो जाए तब उनकी तुड़ाई कर लें।
चीकू की खेती से पैदावार और लाभ
चीकू की उन्नत किस्मों का एक पेड़ से औसतन 130 किलो ग्राम का वार्षिक उत्पादन प्राप्त हो जाता है। इसकी एक एकड़ के खेत में करीब 300 से अधिक पौधे लगाए जा सकते हैं। जिनसे 20 टन के आसपास उत्पादन आसानी से मिल जाता है। चीकू का बाजार में थोक भाव 30 से 40 रुपए प्रति किलो तक का होता है। इस हिसाब से एक एकड़ के खेत में चीकू की एक बार की फसल से किसान भाई 5 से 6 लाख रुपए तक की कमाई आसानी से कर सकते है।

Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
