court judgement – बैतूल – बीजादेही थाने में करंट से झुलसने के मामले में चार आरोपियों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज हुआ था। घटना को लेकर बताया जा रहा है कि 30 जनवरी 2020 की सुबह ग्राम ठुमका निवासी तुलसीराम यादव करंट लगने से झुलस गया था।
इस मामले में पुलिस ने धारा 307 एवं मध्यप्रदेश विद्युत अधिनियम की धारा 135 के तहत प्रकरण दर्ज कर दसरू सलाम, बकसराम सलाम, रामप्रसाद सलाम और मन्नू सलाम को आरोपी बनाया था। घटना को लेकर आरोप था कि आरोपियों ने अपने खेत में करंट लगा रखा था और जब सुबह तुलसीराम निकला तो उसे करंट लगा जिसके कारण उसका पूरा शरीर झुलस गया था।
अभियोजन ने तुलसीराम यादव, मंगल धुर्वे, अंकेश यादव, लक्ष्मण यादव, डॉ. चिकोटिया और विवेचक उपनिरीक्षक नेपाल सिंह के कथन करवाए थे। माननीय जिला एवं अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश के न्यायालय में चले सत्र प्रकरण क्रं. 495/2020 में लगाए आरोपों को सिद्ध नहीं पाते हुए चारों आरोपियों को पूरी तरह दोषमुक्त कर दिया। आरोपियों की ओर से पैरवी युवा अधिवक्ता सजल गर्ग, राघवेंद्र रघुवंशी और सूरतराम धुर्वे ने की।
