Chaitra Navratriसाल में पड़ने वाली गुप्त नवरात्री की शुरआत आज यानि 22 मार्च से हो चुकी है सभी ने पूरी भक्ति और श्रद्धा से आदिशक्ति माँ दुर्गा की पूजा अर्चना  की सभी तैयारी की है , घर की साफ़ सफाई भी की है। माँ की भक्ति में लोग उपवास भी धारण करेंगे। ऐसे में आज हम आपको बताने वाले हैं की आने वाले 9 दिन आपको किन चीजों का सेवन भूल कर भी नहीं करना है और किन बातों का विशेष ध्यान रखना है जिससे की देवी माँ प्रसन्न हो जाएं। 

नवरात्री में इन चीजों का न करें सेवन | Chaitra Navratri 

  • वहीं, इस व्रत में आलू, शकरकंद, अरवी खाया जाता है. इसके अलावा, साबूदाना, सिंघाड़े का आटा, लौकी, संवत के चावल खा सकती हैं. यह सारे फलहारी वाले भोजन हैं. 
  • इसके अलावा पालक, कद्दू, गाजर, खीरा, पपीता, अनार, सेब, अंगूर जैसे फलों का भी सेवन किया जा सकता है. नवरात्रि में आपको मसालों से परहेज करना चाहिए. गरम मसाला, धनिया पाउडर, हींग, सरसों, मेथी के बीज नहीं खाने चाहिए. जीरा, कालीमिर्च, हरी इलायची, जायफल, लौंग, दालचीनी का सेवन कर सकती हैं इस व्रत में.

  • वहीं, नवरात्रि की अवधि में ब्रह्मचर्य का पालन करना चाहिए. साथ ही किसी के लिए बुरा नहीं सोचना चाहिए.गुप्त नवरात्रि के दौरान क्रोध आने पर किसी से विवाद ना करें. मान्यता है कि ऐसा करने से मां दुर्गा नाराज हो जाती हैं. गुप्त नवरात्रि के दौरान भक्तों को बाल और दाढ़ी नहीं बढ़ानी चाहिए. ये अच्छी नहीं माना  जाता है किसी त्योहार और व्रत में. नवरात्रि में मुंडन कराना भी अच्छा नहीं माना जाता है।
