Betul News – बैतूल – कई बार थाने में पीड़िताओं के बयान लेने, किसी अपराध के लिये विवेचना या एफआईआर करने में कई घण्टे लग जाते है। ऐसे में किसी महिला या पीड़िता का पीरियड्स आ जाता था तो वह पैड के लिये परेशान होना पड़ता था। मैं अक्सर अपने ऑफिस की अलमारी में पैड रखती हूं लेकिन कई बार पैड न होने पर अक्सर मेडिकल के लिये बालिकाओं को हॉस्पिटल ले जाने पर दिक्कत होती थी।
आज अपने जन्मदिन और शादी की सालगिरह के अवसर पर वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों से अनुमति लेकर उन्ही के मार्गदर्शन में कोतवाली थाने में सशक्त सुरक्षा पैड बैंक प्रारंभ किया गया।यह बाते कोतवाली थाने की ऊर्जा डेस्क प्रभारी उपनिरीक्षक कविता नागवंशी ने यहाँ सशक्त सुरक्षा पैड बैंक के शुभारंभ अवसर पर कहीं।

इस अवसर पर मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में आरआई मनोरमा बघेल,सब इंस्पेक्टर अरविंद दीक्षित बैतूल सांस्कृतिक सेवा समिति की कोषाध्यक्ष जमुना पण्डाग्रे, सचिव भारत सिंह पदम,सदस्य लीना देशकर हर्षित पण्डाग्रे, महिला कुन्बी समाज की जिलाध्यक्ष रेखा बारस्कर, समाजसेवी कविता मालवीय, लता सोनी, चाइल्ड लाइन सदस्य चारु वर्मा, सुनील गुजरे, जन साहस से पल्लवी प्रमुख रूप से मौजूद थे।
कार्यक्रम को सम्बोधित करते हुये मुख्य अतिथि आर आई मनोरमा बघेल ने एस आई कविता व सायबर सेल प्रभारी राजेन्द्र राजवंशी को सालगिरह की शुभकामनाएं देते हुये कहा कि महिला अपराधों की विवेचना करने वाले पुलिस अधिकारियों व कर्मियों को उनकी सभी परेशानियों की जानकारी होती है। महिला अपराधों के लिये जिले के 17 थानों में ऊर्जा डेस्क है। उन्होंने बताया कि एसपी सिमाला प्रसाद द्वारा कोतवाली की तर्ज पर ही अब हर थाने में पैड बैंक खुलवाने पर चर्चा की गई है। उन्होंने कहा के जन्मदिन और सालगिरह के अवसर पर इस तरह की पहल सराहनीय है।

इस अवसर पर सायबर सेल प्रभारी राजेन्द्र राजवंशी ने कहा कि पति पत्नी दोनों यदि पुलिस में है तो एक साथ छुट्टी मिलने के अवसर कम ही आते हैं। आज पत्नी के जन्मदिन के साथ शादी की सालगिरह पर ड्यूटी के साथ कोतवाली में पैड बैंक की शुरूआत होने से कई पीड़िताओं को मदद मिलेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि ड्यूटी के साथ साथ आज अनूठा सेलीब्रेशन हो गया। कार्यक्रम का संचालन करते हुये सशक्त सुरक्षा बैंक की संस्थापक व समिति अध्यक्ष गौरी पदम ने बताया जिले में प्रदेश का पहला पैड बैंक डॉटर्स डे पर 22 सितम्बर 2019 को खोला गया था, और कोतवाली बैतूल सम्भवतः प्रदेश का पहला थाना है जहाँ अब पैड बैंक की सुविधा है। कार्यक्रम को जमुना पण्डाग्रे, रेखा बारस्कर, कविता मालवीय सहित अन्य लोगों ने भी सम्बोधित किया।
