पीएम आवास योजना ग्रामीण को 31 मार्च 2024 तक के लिए बढ़ा दिया गया है। इस योजना के तहत ग्रामीण इलाकों में कच्चे मकानों में रह रहे गरीब लोगों को सरकार से पैसा दिया जा रहा है। यदि आपके पास खुद की जमीन है लेकिन पक्का मकान बनाने के लिए आपके पास पैसा नहीं है आज के समय में सरकार गरीबो को माकान बनाने में आर्थिक मदद करती है तो इसमें सरकार आपकी मदद करेगी। जी हां, पीएम आवास योजना ग्रामीण के तहत सरकार की ओर से पक्का मकान बनाने के लिए पैसा दिया जाता है। इसके अलावा आपका घर जीर्ण-क्षीर्ण या टूटा-फूटा है तो भी आप घर की मरम्मत के लिए भी इस योजना के तहत पैसा प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। इसके लिए भी सरकार इस योजना के तहत पैसा देती है। पीएम आवास योजना ग्रामीण के तहत सरकार की ओर से लाभार्थी को 1,30,000 रुपए दिए जाते हैं। यदि आप भी गांव में रहते हैं और मकान बनाने के लिए सरकार से मदद चाहते हैं तो ये योजना आपके लिए काफी लाभकारी साबित हो सकती है।

क्या है पीएम आवास योजना ग्रामीण

आज के समय में माकन बनाना एक बहोत कठिन कार्य है गरीब परिवार खुद मकान बनाने में समर्थ है पीएम आवास योजना का मुख्य उद्‌देश्य देश के गरीब और बेघरों को सस्ती दर पर अपना आवास उपलब्ध कराना है। इस योजना के तहत ग्रामीण और शहरी दोनों के तहत पात्र लोगों को मकान बनाने के लिए सब्सिडी का लाभ प्रदान किया जाता है। मैदानी इलाकों में रह रहे लोगों को इस योजना के तहत 1,20,000 रुपए दिए जाते हैं जबकि पहाड़ी या दुर्गम इलाकों में रह रहे लोगों को 1,30,000 रुपए का अनुदान मकान बनाने के लिए दिया जाता है। इस तरह आप इस योजना में आवेदन करके सरकारी सब्सिडी का लाभ उठा सकते हैं।

पीएम आवास योजना में मिलने वाले लाभ

पीएम आवास योजना ग्रामीण में पात्र लोगों को कई लाभ प्रदान किए जाते हैं, इनमें से प्रमुख लाभ इस प्रकार से हैं

पीएम आवास योजना(PM Awas Yojana) के तहत मकान के लिए आप किसी भी फाइनेंशियल संस्थान से 70,000 रुपए तक का होम लोन ले सकते हैं।
पीएम आवास योजना के लाभार्थियों को मनरेगा के तहत 90 से लेकर 95 दिन का रोजगार दिया जाता है।
पीएम आवास योजना के तहत स्वच्छ भारत मिशन के तहत लाभार्थी को शौचालय बनाने के लिए 12000 रुपए दिए जाते हैं।
पीएम आवास योजना ग्रामीण के तहत सरकार से करीब 1.30 लाख रुपए तक का अनुदान सरकार की ओर से दिया जाता है।
पीएम आवास योजना ग्रामीण में कैसे मिलता है मकान बनाने के लिए पैसा
पीएम आवास योजना ग्रामीण में सरकार की ओर से दिया जाने वाला अनुदान का पैसा चार समान किस्तों में मिलता है। जो इस प्रकार दिया जाता है

पीएम आवास योजना ग्रामीण में पहली किस्त आपको तब मिलती है जब आप मकान की नींव डालने का काम करते हैं।
दूसरी किस्त आपको तब दी जाएगी जब आपके मकान का निर्माण कार्य 50 प्रतिशत पूरा हो गया होगा।
तीसरी किस्त आपको उस समय दी जाएगी जब आपके मकान का निर्माण कार्य 80 प्रतिशत तक पूरा हो जाएगा।
जब आपका मकान पूरी तहत बनकर तैयार हो जाएगा तब आपको इस योजना की चौथी और अंतिम किस्त का भुगतान आपको किया जाएगा।
इस तरह चार किस्तों में कुल 1,20,000 की राशि आपको इस योजना के तहत सरकार की ओर से दी जाएगी।
इसके अलावा यदि आप स्वच्छ भारत के तहत घर में शौचालय का निर्माण कराते हैं तो आपको 12,000 रुपए की राशि दी जाएगी।
पीएम आवास योजना ग्रामीण में आवेदन के लिए किन दस्तावेजों की होगी आवश्यकता
पीएम आवास योजना ग्रामीण में आवेदन के लिए आपको जिन महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेजों की आवश्यकता होगी, वे दस्तावेज इस प्रकार से हैं

आवेदन करने वाले व्यक्ति का आधार कार्ड
आवेदन करने वाले व्यक्ति का पैन कार्ड
परिवार राशन कार्ड जिसमें आवेदक का नाम हो
आवेदन करने वाले व्यक्ति का आय प्रमाण-पत्र
आवेदन करने वाले व्यक्ति का आयु प्रमाण-पत्र
आवेदक का निवास प्रमाण-पत्र
आवेदक का डाइविंग लाइसेंस
आवेदक का मोबाइल नंबर जो आधार से लिंक हो
आवेदक का मतदाता पहचान-पत्र (वोटर आईडी)
आवेदक का पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो आदि।

पीएम आवास योजना ग्रामीण में कैसे करें आवेदन

पीएम आवास योजना ग्रामीण के तहत आवास ऐप भी लांन्च किया गया है। इस ऐप की सहायता से ग्रामीण इलाकों में रहने वाले लोग अपने मोबाइल नंबर की सहायता से लॉग इन अकाउंट बना सकते हैं। इस ऐप को गूगल प्ले स्टोर से डाउनलोड किया जा सकता है। आप इस ऐप के जरिये लॉग इन करने के बाद आवेदन कर पाएंगे। इसके अलावा यदि आप पीएम आवास योजना के लाभार्थी है तो आप अपने मकान का अलग-अलग चरणों में निर्माण का फोटो भी इस ऐप पर अपलोड कर सकते हैं। इसी के साथ आप इस योजना के तहत मिलने वाली किश्तों को भी ऑनलाइन देख सकते हैं।

कैसे चेक करें पीएम आवास योजना ग्रामीण की लिस्ट

यदि आपने पीएम आवास योजना ग्रामीण में आवेदन किया है और आप अपने गांव की लिस्ट देखना चाहते हैं तो आप इसे आसानी से देख सकते हैं। इसका तरीका इस प्रकार से है

  • सबसे पहले आपको पीएम आवास योजना ग्रामीण की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट pmayg.nic.in पर जाना होगा।
  • यहां आपको IAY PMAYG Beneficiary के विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
  • अब आपके सामने एक पेज खुलेगा जिसमें आपसे रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर पूछा जाएगा। आप यहां पीएम आवास योजना में आपका रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर यहां लिखें।
  • इसके बाद आपको अपना राज्य, जिला, ब्लॉक और पंचायत का चयन करना होगा।
  • इसके बाद आप सर्च बटन पर क्लिक कर दें।
  • ऐसा करते ही आपके सामाने पीएम आवास योजना ग्रामीण की लिस्ट खुल जाएगी। इसमें आप अपना नाम चेक कर सकते हैं।
