इस संबंध में जारी आदेश के अनुसार जिले की सीमा में नलकूप/बोरिंग मशीन संबंधित अनुविभागीय राजस्व अधिकारी की अनुमति के बिना न तो प्रवेश करेगी (सार्वजनिक सड़कों से गुजरने वाली मशीनों को छोडक़र) और न ही बिना अनुमति के कोई नया नलकूप खनन करेगी।
प्रत्येक राजस्व एवं पुलिस अधिकारियों को ऐसी बोरिंग मशीन जो अवैध रूप से जिले में प्रतिबंधित स्थानों पर प्रवेश करेगी अथवा नलकूप खनन/बोरिंग का प्रयास कर रही मशीनों को जब्त कर पुलिस मेें एफआईआर दर्ज कराने का अधिकार होगा।
समस्त अनुविभागीय राजस्व अधिकारी उनके क्षेत्रांतर्गत इस निमित्त अपरिहार्य प्रकरणों के लिए व अन्य प्रयोजनों हेतु उचित जांच के पश्चात अनुज्ञा देने हेतु प्राधिकृत होंगे। अधिसूचना का उल्लंघन करने पर अधिनियम की धारा-9 के अनुसार दो वर्ष तक के कारावास या दो हजार रुपए तक का जुर्माना या दोनों से दंडित करने का प्रावधान है।
